Cut-comb honey is a wax-comb-and-honey delicacy that hard-core honey lovers can't get enough of!  We can offer cut honeycomb only once a year because we are actually cutting honeycomb from the hives, and the bees need time to rebuild the hive combs (and store more honey) before winter.  Cut-comb honey in a jar is as close as you can get to reaching your hand in a bee hive without upsetting a lot of bees (we do that for you).
