Educational and Entertaining Programs for Groups
CajunFiddlerHoney.com travels throughout Louisiana sharing our knowledge and love of beekeeping with others. We have a small, healthy working colony living in a plexiglass-walled observation hive that we can display with a high-level of safely in schools, libraries, museums, retirement communities, festivals, fairs and other community functions.

Our programs are targeted to age-specific groups and, except for festivals and fairs, include a bit of Louisiana Lagniappe in the form of prizes. Participants get a chance to participate in a mock "gathering" of honey, including zipping up in beekeepers' clothes, all the way up to the spinning the honey out of the comb!

Ann has been in the schools and in the community for 20 years sharing her Cajun culture with music, education and entertainment. Now she adds her love of the Louisiana state insect, the honeybees, to her community programs.
Ann's CD, Cajun Ways is available free
with any online purchase from CajunFiddlerHoney.com. Ann is a third-generation Cajun fiddler; her Grandfather Leon and her Uncle Eloi both played the fiddle in the old play-by-ear Cajun tradition. Cajun Born is a collection of original and traditional Cajun music and lyrics. For this CD, she was nominated for Best Female Vocalist in the Cajun French Music Awards held every August in Lafayette, Louisiana.
